What We Do

Connections to Independence (C2i) is a unique organization that connects placement providers, community-based organizations, and counties to provide support for young people in and transitioning out of foster care.

Youth

We individualize our services by meeting youth where they are at. We do this by developing a plan that encompasses a youth’s dreams, goals, and aspirations for their life during and after foster care.
